You've Built a Good Life.

So Why Does Something Still Feel Missing?

You've worked hard to create a life you're proud of. From the outside, everything seems to be going well. Yet something feels off. Maybe it's your relationships, your sense of purpose, or simply the feeling that life should be more fulfilling than it is. You don't have to be in crisis to want something different.

When You're Used to Having Everything Under Control

From the outside, everything may seem to be going well. You're capable, driven, and accustomed to meeting high expectations. Yet behind your accomplishments, you may be struggling with relationships, pressure, self-doubt, or a sense that something is missing.

I specialize in working with high-functioning adults and teens who are used to pushing themselves, managing expectations, and striving for success. When you're accustomed to being capable and independent, admitting that you're struggling or asking for support doesn't always come naturally.

My professional background in finance and Silicon Valley has given me firsthand insight into high-achieving, competitive environments. I understand how easily personal well-being can take a back seat to performance, responsibilities, and expectations. This experience, combined with my clinical training, shapes my practical and individualized approach to therapy.

My approach is practical, collaborative, and solution-focused. I use evidence-based therapies to help clients better understand themselves, navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and make meaningful changes in their lives. I believe therapy should be thoughtful, individualized, and focused on what matters most to you.

You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes, even when you're doing well by every outward measure, you know something could feel better.

Intensive therapy

You Don't Have to Figure Everything Out on Your Own.

Deciding to start therapy isn't always easy, especially when you're accustomed to handling things yourself.

If you're considering therapy or coaching, I welcome you to reach out. We can start with a brief consultation to discuss what you're looking for and whether working together would be a good fit.

Intensive therapy offers extended sessions for individuals who want dedicated time to explore personal challenges, relationship difficulties, or patterns that have been difficult to change.

Together, we'll work more deeply and intentionally, with an individualized approach tailored to your needs and goals.
